Hi, I’m Ona

I’m a Designer with over 10 years of experience spanning print, editorial, packaging, branding & identity, social media, marketing, digital, and ux/product design.

While others recommend niching down, I am determined to stay varied in my practice. I don’t believe in “jack of all trades, master of none” when you have the experience to know what makes design successful no matter the medium.

Technically Speaking…

Gander at yon listicles and marvel at the variety I bring to the table. No, the olde-english speak is not relevant.

let’s get a little Human

A few of my non-work-related interests because we’re not all AI—even if I may share its love of an em dash.

Animal Rights/Care

Advocating for animals keeps my compassion sharp and reminds me that all systems, human or not, thrive when they’re designed with care and respect, giving a voice to the voiceless.

Baking

Whether I’m experimenting with a new gluten-free recipe or watching The Great British Bake Off, I am thrilled by on-the-fly creative problem solving paired with measured steps.

Art & Crafts

Be it wandering a museum or nose-deep in a DIY project, creativity is my lifeblood. When I’m not creating, I’m observing, absorbing, and itching to make something new.

Tarot

I’ve been reading tarot for seven years and love seeing people look weirded out when their energy read is accurate. Energy is real—physics confirms it—it’s not “woo-woo” but pattern recognition with intuitive analyses.

Festivals/Concerts

Besides my love for music, these kinds of events are studies in observing human nature and connection. Connecting deeply with other humans is what helps us serve each other better—and know what problems to solve using technology.

Nature/Outdoors

From conservation to simple admiration, being reminded of the power of the natural world we live in, and recognizing the shared patterns is nothing short of symbiotic.
